BIOGRAPHY
Stanley 'Jack' Bell has been a practicing attorney since 1991 and has focused his practice on mediation for the last several years. Jack has a solo practice in Little Rock and owns and operates Arkansas Mediation Services located in the Stephens Building. He is also an instructor / mediator for the UALR Bowen School of Law. Jack is also the Director of the Searcy District Court Mediation Program, an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, is a certified mediator by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission in all areas of mediation and serves frequently as a mediator within the Administrative Office of Court's Access and Visitation Program. Jack often serves as an Attorney Ad Litem in custody and divorce cases and routinely assists the AOC in the training of new Ad Litems. Jack is the current President of the Arkansas Conflict Resolution Association. Jack has over 100 hours of ADR training and has performed over 200 mediations and arbitrations.
